Archive Database |
ChildPlus resolved an error that was displaying periodically if you attempted to connect to an archive database. |
|
Creative Curriculum.net |
You can now flag potential CreativeCurriculum.net administrators on the User Setup screen. If you indicate that a DataEngine user is a potential CreativeCurriculum.net administrator, then ChildPlus will transfer their user name and password to CreativeCurriculum.net. Once you configure their administrative access in CreativeCurriculum.net, they will be able to view CreativeCurriculum.net data and run reports.
ChildPlus modified the tab order on the Licenses and Sites tab of the CreativeCurriculum.net Setup screen. The tab order now follows the logical flow of the fields on this screen. |
|
Enrollment |
When you add a new application, ChildPlus will now automatically select the Let ChildPlus decide whether to count this child for PIR question C.9 option on the C.9 tab.
When you check the Accepted, Waitlisted, or Abandoned box on the Programs tab, ChildPlus will automatically assign the current date as the date the participant was accepted, waitlisted or abandoned (depending on the box you check).
ChildPlus modified the tab order on this screen so that the Eligibility tab comes before the Location History tab. This change restores the tab order on the Enrollment screen to the way it was prior to the release of version 1.27. |
|
Health |
When you add a new health event for a participant, DataEngine will now automatically check the Met Requirement box. ChildPlus will check this box by default when you are adding a health event for an individual. You will still have to manually check this box when adding multiple health events for the same participant or when you use the Health Utility to add an event for multiple participants. |
|
PIR |
ChildPlus modified the way question C.9.a
is calculated and no longer counts health events with
Formal Evaluation or
Follow-up Assessment
checked. ChildPlus now uses the following method to determine if
a child should be counted for question C.9.a:
